I wanted to come up with a healthy dessert and, while scanning through a magazine, came upon a picture of strawberries and Greek yogurt....yummmm.
*Chop your strawberries into small pieces and add a little sugar.
*Let sit for about 5 minutes to get those juices flowing!!
*Add 3-4 drops of lemon essential oil and pour mixture over Greek yogurt.
*Top with graham cracker crumbs or granola.
This was definitely a hit with my taste buds and my finicky preschooler loved it too!
